Recording Disclaimer & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Services booked are non-refundable. Reschedules are permitted within 48 hours of scheduled service. Cancellations and no shows do not result in refunds as refunds are not permitted. Meetings must begin promptly to ensure the highest quality of service to all clients. Delay may impact the entirety of designer's schedule. However, we do understand that life happens. Client is given a 5 minute grace period to join the meeting before cancellation without refund occurs. Recording Disclaimer: The Zoom meeting will be recorded to better the client experience, limit my questions, and for future reference. By joining, you consent to the recording of each call. Should you have questions/concerns regarding this, please DO NOT book/join.
