Digital Product/Service Terms & Conditions:
Due to the nature of our products/services, digital purchases cannot be returned and are non-refundable so please share anything you'd like for us to know before making purchases and/or securing E-Design services.

Virtual meeting bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours of scheduled service beginning. Cancellations or no shows do not result in refunds as refunds are not permitted. Meetings must begin promptly to ensure the highest quality of service to all clients. Delay may impact the entirety of designer's schedule. However, we do understand that life happens. Client is given a 5 minute grace period to join the meeting before cancellation without refund occurs.

Consultations do not include the sourcing of any items or disclosure of shopping sites. Design services must be secured prior to any sourcing.

The following Terms & Conditions Apply to E-Designs:

By purchasing, you understand and agree that estimated E-Design delivery dates are determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to the designer's receipt of any/all requested information from the customer. Customers are given 3 business days from the date of order, to submit the E-Design questionnaire and provide all information requested. We will make 3 attempts to contact by email or phone (method of communication is at our discretion). However, 3 business days are not provided if designer is currently operating on a waitlist. In which case, customer should submit the questionnaire immediately following purchase of the Custom E-Design. Applicable fields should not be left blank as we will not reach out to request information client chooses not to include. This causes further delay. However, if we find that any additional information is necessary, post-completion of the questionnaire, we will reach out to the client by email, providing 3 business days to submit the additional information (1 business day if we are operating on a waitlist).
Within 3 business days of our receipt of ALL requested information, the Estimated E-Design Delivery date and project overview will be sent to you. The project overview will contain a deadline for any changes to the project (style, color, etc.). Modifications/Revisions are not included unless the package outlines this inclusion. Should we not receive a response to our email attempts, or information requested, the order is subject to cancellation without refund. We do reserve the right to be selective in the projects we accept. In which case, if an order has been submitted, and we do not accept the project, a refund will be issued.
While item availability cannot be guaranteed, E-Design customers may continue to check listed sites for restock or self-seek comparable items. E-Designs are made to order. Upon receipt of your questionnaire and photos of the space, we will respond within 3 business days with your Estimated E-Design Document Delivery Date. The terms "budget friendly" are used to describe the customer's to purchase items if and when they choose to do so in accordance with availability. However, Item pricing may vary by website as we do not conduct searches by price nor are individual budgets considered for E-Designs. Should the client decline to purchase an item due to pricing or for any other reason, the designer is not responsible for seeking replacements. However, if an E-Design package IS inclusive of replacement items, those selected will not be limited by product pricing. Each room type includes a standardized item list. Our duties do not extend beyond providing options for those listed. However, you may find that we often include one or more bonus items that we may find as we continue to virtually source items.

Photos within E-Design documents are used for visual purposes only and we do not own the rights to those shown. Please note that the display and sizes of items are likely adjusted, customized, possibly multiplied, and/or combined to fit the board and may be smaller or larger than they appear. The client should always double check product specifications including but not limited to measurements/dimensions to ensure items selected align with their preference(s). The Bronze E-Design Package does not include a consultation or room measurement/dimension consideration. If this is needed, the client will need to purchase one of our Silver Packages or our Gold Package. Our Gold package is the only package that includes a consultation. Many of our E-Design clients find that this is not necessary. The client should consult with their contractor prior to installing any/all items. Items may also include various size and quantity options for the customer to select according to their preference(s). The E-Design display board(s) are designed to suggest items for the space and is in no way to be misconstrued as a rendering of the room(s) being designed. The terms "budget friendly" are used to describe the customer's ability to purchase items if and when they choose to do so in accordance with availability. However, Item pricing may vary by website as we do not conduct searches by price nor are individual budgets considered. Should the client decline to purchase an item due to pricing or for any other reason, a refund will not be issued as the digital product as been delivered. If specific requests were made to be digitally source items within a particular budget, and if we agreed, please be advised that our options may have been limited by those parameters. Purchasing and staging is completed by the customer (Gold and Silver Packages include staging recommendations). E-Design boards themselves do not depict staging recommendations. The designer relies solely on the online photos to estimate color and other physical properties of the items to provide opinion. Should the items appear differently or undesirable by the customer's standard before or after delivery, the customer is responsible for seeking any/all desired replacements. While we do our best to select items from reputable companies, we are not responsible for shipping delays/delivery issues, item dissatisfaction, quality issues, structural issues, claims arising from installation, product liability or financial disputes. We are also not responsible for delays caused by dissatisfaction upon arrival. Please contact the retailer, product seller directly, or your bank for issues arising following your purchase of item(s). Our obligations do not extend beyond the virtual delivery of the purchased document. Item pricing and availability is subject to change and refunds are not given due to changes in availability. The customer is responsible for seeking comparable items, if in need. Please review all item return/exchange policies prior to making purchases. Concepts are the property of Org+Decor and owner. All items and displayed arrangement(s) are subject to inclusion in future design(s). E-Design documents nor the contents enclosed should be resold. Digital sales are final. Any/all visuals may be developed using our rendering systems or by using ai prompts by Org+Decor, to showcase our creativity. Any/all items shown in aiVIsuals/Visuals may not be discoverable pieces. Clients should not book with the expectation of receiving item links to specific pieces if requesting aiVisual services of any kind. Furthermore, we do not seek to recreate any of our previous designs. By purchasing and/or booking any service, the client understands that we do not take requests to include specific items in the design, unless sourced, owned, or purchased by the client. If shown as "ideas" or "inspo" by the client, they should only be used as inspiration for new client projects.

Replacement Item Add On(s):
The Gold Package is the only package that includes a revision of two single item replacement options. Changes beyond that will be priced at $35/item find. We reserve the right to deny further replacements at any time. This does not warrant a refund for previous designs, packages, or revisions already purchased and/or completed. If revisions are purchased and we choose not to fulfill with further revisions, we will issue a refund for that particular revisions purchase ONLY. Replacement items are not new E-Designs and will often be bundled into a pdf of a document containing links only and sent to the client for viewing. Effective for orders February 28, 2025 and after - some of our newly updated packages: Signature Gold Package, Essentials Silver Package, and Jumpstart Bronze Package all will include item swap/revisions. The number of total item swaps is disclosed on each applicable package description and package photo. Changes beyond that will be priced at $35/item find. We reserve the right to deny further replacements at any time. This does not warrant a refund for previous designs, packages, or revisions already purchased and/or completed. If revisions are purchased and we choose not to fulfill with further revisions, we will issue a refund for that particular revisions purchase ONLY. Replacement items are not new E-Designs and will often be bundled into a pdf of a document containing links only and sent to the client for viewing. Any Item swap request forms must be submitted within 7 days from our email delivery of the E-Design(s). A completed requests for revision form MUST include: the item(s) requesting to be changed, details about the change(s) (color, style, item inspo). Without this information, your request will be considered incomplete. Upon receiving your request, we will send over a revision request form. We will do so within 1 business day excluding holidays. Therfore, it is important that you do not wait the full 7 days to request this form as we will be unable to accomodate.

Rush Order Requests:
Rush order E-Design Add-On(s), if shown available, currently have estimated email delivery dates of 10 days or less. The 10 day period begins after we receive your E-Design order, rush order add-on purchase, your questionnaire, multi-angle room photos/video(s), 2-3 inspo photos (only applies if we are not given full creative control), and ANY other space/design related information we request so please be prompt in your responses as we are not responsible for delays. As a virtual design service, we will not have access to the space and needs for additional information may be identified at a later time. The identified need for additional information during the course of the design may increase the design period/delay delivery should we not receive prompt responses to our inquiries. To better the chances of prompt delivery, the designer may opt to continue using only the information we have if a response to our emails/inquiries have not been received within 24 hours.
If you have a current E-Design order that you would like rushed, and you have submitted all requested information, please note that the 10 Day Rush Order time will begin after purchasing this add-on. Please note that a Rush Order E-Design Add-on must be purchased for EACH SPACE you wish to have rushed. Quantity of Rush Orders accepted may be limited at any time. In which case, a refund for the Add-on will be refunded. Upon purchase, you will receive a document which includes a link to complete the questionnaire. You may disregard if you have completed the questionnaire.
