How do we collect your information?

We collect your information by way of website use or information provided directly by you. We collect information pertaining to your device which may include: Timezone, IP address, geographical information, and cookies from your device. We also collect and have access to website analytics, your page visit history, personal and order information such as: name, addresses, credit/debit card information, email address, and phone number. Additionally, we have access to your interactions while on the site. Virtual Meetings (such as Zoom) are recorded.

Mentorship Clients

If you enroll in virtual mentorship, we may also collect information you provide during mentorship sessions, including but not limited to: goals, project details, submitted materials or assignments, design or business-related information, communications, and any documents or files you choose to share. Mentorship sessions may be recorded for training, reference, or quality purposes.

Do not submit sensitive Information

Visitors are strongly advised **not to submit confidential or sensitive information** through website forms unless specifically required for service purposes. This includes social security numbers, banking information (beyond what is required for payment), medical information, or unrelated personal details. We will never call you and request this information from you. 

 

How do we use your information:

We collect and use Order Information including name, addresses, credit/debit card information, email address, and phone number to review and fulfill orders. Payment information entered on our site is used to process payments through Wix, using Square Up, also known as the "Square" POS system. You are encouraged to review the Square Up privacy policy. Virtual Meetings (such as Zoom) are recorded to better the client experience by limiting designer's questions and for overall future reference.

Mentorship Participants:
Information shared during mentorship sessions may be used to:

* Provide personalized guidance, feedback, or assessments
* Track your progress
* Deliver mentorship resources or session summaries
* Improve mentorship offerings
* Maintain internal records of sessions for quality and consistency

Session recordings, when applicable, are used solely for internal purposes and are not shared without written consent.

 

Use for Advertising:
For design, E-Design, and mentorship services, you grant us the right to use project designs, layouts, before/after images, and non-sensitive portions of session recordings or submitted materials **for marketing and advertising purposes**, including on websites, social media, and promotional materials. Sensitive or identifying personal information will not be used. You may request removal from promotional use at any time by contacting us.

Use to Protect the Business:
We may use recordings, order information, communications, and other collected data **to protect the interests of the business**, including fraud prevention, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, or meeting legal obligations.

Traffic, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

We use traffic data, analytics tools, and tracking technologies (such as cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies) to understand how visitors interact with our website. This may include information such as pages visited, time spent on each page, the device and browser used, referring pages, general geographic data, and click behavior.

This information is used to:

Improve website functionality, performance, and user experience, Understand customer interests and service demand, Troubleshoot site issues, Measure the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising, Support business operations and security

Analytics data may be processed by third-party service providers (such as Wix analytics tools or integrated analytics platforms). No personally sensitive information is collected through analytics tools unless you voluntarily provide it elsewhere on the site. Visitors may adjust browser settings to limit or block cookies; however, doing so may impact functionality or performance of the website.

How do we share your information:

We do share your personal information with third parties for the purposes of order processing, order fulfillment, and operations. For example, our site is powered by Wix and our POS system is Squareup. If required, your information is subject to sharing in accordance with applicable regulations, laws, or to protect our organization/rights.

Mentorship and Video Meeting Participants:

Virtual meetings and mentorship sessions may be recorded through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or our internal recording methods. Recordings are used for client experience enhancement, internal reference, training, quality assurance, documentation, and other business-related purposes as outlined in this policy. By participating in virtual meetings, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of recording through any of these platforms. Sensitive personal information should not be shared during recorded sessions unless necessary for the service being provided.

Third Party Links

Our E-Designs contain third party links to those items located/sourced. A third party system will also be used to conduct virtual meetings. Please be advised that we are not familiar with nor responsible for the manner in which privacy is handled for each site. You are encouraged to review each policy, individually.

 

Mentorship Participants:
Links to suggested external tools or education resources may be provided. Each of these services maintains its own privacy policies, and you should review them separately.

Residents outside of the U.S.

European residents have the right to request that your information be updated, removed, or modified to reflect corrections. If you are a resident outside of the U.S. please note that your information will also be collected and stored in the United States for the purposes of business.

 

Will we contact you?

By submitting orders, forms of any kind (questionnaires, subscriptions, contact forms) on our site, you do authorize our direct contact via phone and/or email.

Mentorship Participants
By registering for mentorship, you consent to be contacted via email, phone, or virtual communication platforms for scheduling, session follow-ups, reminders, and delivery of mentorship materials.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Mentorship session recordings, notes, and submitted materials may be kept for internal reference and quality assurance. You may request deletion of mentorship records unless legal or operational requirements prevent it.

 

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no online transmission or storage system is entirely secure. We encourage you to use caution when sharing any information during virtual meetings or through online forms.

Minors

Our services, including mentorship, are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If such information is discovered, it will be removed.

Use of Recordings and Designs for Business Purposes

We reserve the right to use session recordings, designs, communications, and project materials for internal purposes, advertising (as described above), and for the protection of our business interests.
