This package is for clients who want an even more custom experience. Unlike the jumpstart package, products are also selected according to the client’s actual measurements and/or floor plan. Staging recommendations will be provided. Like the other packages, all other submitted information such as style and color preferences will also be considered.
The floor plan showing measurements for this package is welcomed but not required. This package does include consideration of your space's measurements and also includes a detailed list of staging recommendations. If you are a waiting list customer - your questionnaire will need to be submitted immediately following purchase. Otherwise, please provide measurements of the space including windows, available wall space, door swings, and any furniture being kept, and ceiling measurements within 48 hours of purchase. If you have the link(s) to items being kept, measurements of those items are not required. Additional measurements may be required upon submission of the questionnaire. If your room of choice is a Bedroom, please also specify the bed size (Queen, King, etc). Please see your room type below for all item types you can expect to see linked in your package.

Please purchase this to begin your Custom E-Design Journey. Unlike our Same Day E-Designs, upon purchase, you will receive a document with the Custom E-Design questionnaire link. Completion is necessary to begin. Once you have completed the questionnaire, please send photos of the space. We will respond within 3 business days with your Estimated E-Design Document Delivery Date. The E-Design document, inclusive of item links - will be sent by email, once complete. If more than one room E-Design is ordered, for your convenience, they may be packaged together. The price shown is for a one room Custom E-Design (SIGNATURE Gold Package). Custom E-Designs include a single display (examples of what our E-Designs may look like can be found by visiting our Instant E-Design page). Staging is to be completed by the customer. While a consultation is included in this package, it is not required and remains optional for the client. The client will be asked if they would like to use their consultation. However, it must be used prior to the project beginning. Kitchens and Bathroom E-Designs not yet available.
Although items and arrangements are subject to use in future designs, E-Designs are not typically made identically. Being said, we do not recommend making purchases based upon the desire for one or more items shown in our previously completed E-Designs. Furthermore, the item shown may not meet all of the client's individual needs (ex: Marble vs Cultured marble). Item details/availability are not reviewed/disclosed until a Custom E-Design and applicable add-ons are purchased.
We ask that questionnaires be submitted within 3 business days. However, to avoid cancellation without refund, please submit your questionnaire and space photos within 5 business days. Item swap request forms must be submitted within 7 days from our email delivery of the E-Design(s). A completed requests for revision form MUST include: the item(s) requesting to be changed, details about the change(s) (color, style, item inspo). Without this information, your request will be considered incomplete. Upon receiving your request, we will send over a revision request form. We will do so within 1 business day excluding holidays. Therfore, it is important that you do not wait the full 7 days to request this form as we will be unable to accomodate.
All E-Designs (including Custom) are subject to our use for for reasons including but not limited to: advertising purposes and may later be slightly altered and made available as an Instant Download E-Design.
